General Rules:
1. All participants for Team/ Individual Event should do the registration.
2. Participant should take a print out of completed registration form and submit it at Registration Desk. Please carry the confirmation email of the same.
3. The participant is requested to ensure that their presentation is in keeping with dignity of the Fest and maintain code of conduct.
4. All Participants should wear their valid identity cards at all times while in the campus and should be produced on demand (by authorities).
5. Saarang Fest reserves the right to make any last minute change in the rules.
6. Participants will be disqualified for disobeying the rules or using unfair means. Decision of Judges will be final.
7. Participants are required to take care of their belongings
8. All participants must carry their College ID Card and Authority letter issued by the college, in failing so the registration will be cancelled.
9. *All teams of Nukkad Natak-Hoonkar should send the following at parindey.msc@gmail.com:-
(a) Script (b) Prelim Video(8-10 minutes) (c) Synopsis
10. Registration will close on 21st Feb, Friday, 12:00 noon.
11.* Only for those MSC Students who have already been finalized by Debate Society & for all the external participants of other colleges.
12. *Only for those MSC Students who have already been finalized by Quiz Up Society & for all the external participants of other colleges.
13. Participation Slots in various competitions will be subject to physical verification of candidates on the day of the event itself.
14. In case of clashes between teams of the same institution for the same event, precedence will be given to the team carrying a letter of authorization from the head of the institution.
