MSCW

The Manifesto Building and Negotiation Workshop aims to develop students’ understanding of democratic participation, leadership, negotiation and consensus-building. The workshop will provide participants with practical experience in identifying community concerns, developing priorities, framing clear and inclusive manifesto points, and negotiating different perspectives to arrive at mutually acceptable solutions.

Through interactive discussions, group activities, role plays and mock negotiations, students will strengthen their communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork and decision-making skills. The workshop will encourage young people to engage constructively in democratic processes and become responsible and informed citizens.
