Mata Sundri College for Women, University of Delhi, organized a Self-Defence Camp under the aegis of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) from August 29 to September 6, 2024.
The week-long camp aimed at empowering students with practical techniques of self-protection, enhancing their confidence, presence of mind, and physical preparedness. Through expert-led sessions, participants were trained in basic defence strategies to handle unforeseen situations, thereby promoting safety and self-reliance among young women. The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation and proved to be a step towards fostering a secure and confident environment on campus.

Mata Sundari College for Women, University of Delhi, hosted a self-defense camp from August 29 to September 6, 2024, organized by the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science under the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). The camp, led by Judo player Indu Sharma , aimed to equip women with essential self-defense skills and confidence. The initiative was successful in promoting self-defense and personal safety among women.
