The Finance & Investment Cell (MUDRA) of Mata Sundri College for Women organised “Money 360°: Financial Freedom Masterclass” on 18th September 2026 at Bebe Nanki Hall. The workshop aimed to enhance students’ financial awareness and provide them with practical insights into wealth creation, investment and financial planning. The event commenced with a warm welcome to the esteemed speaker and the faculty members present. The Cell expressed its sincere gratitude to Prof. Harpreet Kaur, Principal, and Mr. Lokesh Gupta, Director of IQAC for their continued support and encouragement towards student-led initiatives. The valuable contribution of the faculty members was also acknowledged. The workshop was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Ishpreet Kaur (Convener), Dr. Sukhvinder Kaur (Co-Convener), and Dr. Amarjeet Kaur. Session Highlights The session focused on developing a practical understanding of financial independence and wealth creation. The speaker discussed various financial avenues for generating and growing wealth, while emphasising the importance of making informed financial decisions. Key aspects of the session included understanding investments, risk and returns, financial planning, and strategies for building long-term financial stability. The interactive nature of the workshop encouraged students to engage with the concepts and relate them to real-life financial decisions. As a gesture of appreciation, the speaker was felicitated by the Finance & Investment Cell (MUDRA) in recognition of their valuable contribution and for sharing practical insights with the students. The workshop concluded with enthusiastic participation from the students and provided them with valuable insights into managing finances, exploring investment opportunities and working towards greater financial independence.
