The event is designed to educate students about the initiative, encourage meaningful discussions, and promote active participation. We believe that this event will provide students with valuable information while fostering a sense of responsibility and engagement within the campus community.

The program will commence with an orientation session, during which participants will be introduced to the objectives, activities, and significance of the initiative. This session will serve as an informative platform where students can understand the purpose of the campaign and clarify any queries they may have.

Following the orientation session, an awareness stall will be established to facilitate one-on-one interactions with students. The stall will feature informative materials, interactive activities, and opportunities for students to learn more about the initiative and become actively involved.

To ensure better visibility, accessibility, and participation, we kindly request permission to utilize two separate spaces for the event. The orientation session may be conducted in the venue allotted by the college. For the awareness stall, we request permission to set it up either outside Mata Gujri Hall or in the parking area, depending on the availability of space and administrative approval.

The proposed arrangement will help us manage the event efficiently while ensuring a smooth flow of participants between the orientation session and the awareness stall. It will also enhance the overall experience for students and maximize outreach.

To conduct the event successfully, we kindly request the following logistical support:

  1. Two tables for the awareness stall.
  2. Four chairs for the organizing team and participants.
  3. One suitable venue for conducting the orientation session.
  4. Permission to use space for the awareness stall outside Mata Gujri Hall or in the parking area, subject to availability.
  5. Access to the allotted venue before the event for setup purposes.
  6. Permission to display awareness materials and informational posters at the stall.

We assure you that the organizing team will maintain discipline throughout the event and ensure that the venue and surrounding areas are kept clean. All college rules and regulations will be strictly followed, and the event will be conducted responsibly without causing any inconvenience to students, faculty, or staff.

We sincerely hope that you will consider our request and grant us permission to organize this event. Your support will greatly contribute to the success of the program and help us reach a larger number of students with our awareness initiative.
