On 6th March 2020, the Department organized a lecture on Life-Writings for third year students in the Mata Gujri Hall. The guest speaker was Dr. Manish Sharma from Ambedkar University. The lecture traced the broad outline of the field of life-writings along
various literary eras with a special focus on the modern era. It helped students by improvingtheir engagement with the texts in their syllabus. The lecture was followed by a lively interaction between the speaker and the students.
