The Department of History, Mata Sundri College for Women, University of Delhi, under the banner of Dharohar—The Heritage Society, organized an enriching educational field trip to the National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA), New Delhi, for the 3rd-year students of the Skill Enhancement Course: Museum & Museology.

The visit offered students a valuable opportunity to explore India’s rich artistic heritage, curatorial practices, and modern art movements firsthand. The tour was coordinated by Dr. Shivangi Naithani Devrani and accompanied by Ms. Panchali Devi. This field experience deepened students’ understanding of museum studies, bridging classroom learning with real-world exposure to one of India’s premier art institutions.
