Reference Services

Library maintains a separate reference collection consisting of encyclopedias, dictionaries, who's who, atlases, maps, world book, year book etc. The Library has a special collection of religious books like Ramayana, Ramcharitmanas, Bhagvadgita, Puranas, Guru Granth Sahib, Amrit Kirtan, Quran etc.

Readers may approach the library staff for any specific reference.

Long Term Issue of Books

College library provides number of books to needy students. Every year library put up a notice on the student’s notice board regarding it. Students have to fill up a form available in the library to avail this facility.

OPAC

The whole collection of the library is searchable through OPAC. User can know what Is available in the library and what is not available. Students and faculty can search the collection by

• Author/editor/translator/compiler etc.
• Subject Description/Subject heading
• Publisher/Publication date
• Keyword
• Accession number etc.

Internet Access

To touch the higher and global levels of education and research, University of Delhi is providing free wi-fi facility to all Delhi University colleges. And thus our college library is able to successful in providing wi-fi enabled internet facility to the students and faculty so that they can access all e-resources of University of Delhi.

We have two separate rooms one for students and other for faculty.
