A Day of Talent, Celebration, and New Beginnings

Mata Sundri College for Women, University of Delhi, hosted its much-awaited Fresher’s ’25 on 30th October 2025 at the Mata Sahib Kaur Auditorium, extending a warm welcome to the new batch. Themed “Masquerade Ball,” the event brought together creativity, confidence, and enthusiasm, making it a memorable occasion for all.

The day witnessed a series of performances, competitions, and interactive segments, as students showcased their diverse talents and lively spirit. The highlight of the event was the Miss Fresher’s Contest, where 17 participants competed for the title through rounds that tested poise, presence, and personality.

After an engaging showcase of talent and confidence, Aashwi Kaur Bakshi was crowned Miss Fresher’s 2025, with Deepakshi Dua and Yuvika Chaudhary securing the positions of 1st Runner-Up and 2nd Runner-Up respectively. Their performances and composure stood out, earning well-deserved recognition.

The event was organized under the guidance of Prof. Harpreet Kaur (Principal) and Student Advisors Ms. Panchali Devi, Dr. Manjot Kaur, and Ms. Poonam Sharma. The Student Council, led by Dhriti Kohli (President), Harshita Dhingra (Vice President), Varsha (Secretary), and Kavya (Joint Secretary), coordinated the day’s proceedings with efficiency and enthusiasm.

Filled with energy, laughter, and a sense of belonging, Mystique – Fresher’s ’25 successfully marked the beginning of a new chapter for the first-year students, celebrating their entry into the vibrant community of Mata Sundri College.
