A Moment of Pride for Mata Sundri College for Women

Our very own student from Mata Sundri College for Women brought home a bronze medal in Judo at the prestigious Khelo India University Games 2025, held across multiple cities in Rajasthan from 24th November to 5th December 2025. The event saw fierce competition from university athletes nationwide, making this achievement especially noteworthy.

The Khelo India University Games (KIUG) is India’s flagship national university-level multi-sport event aimed at nurturing sporting talent and promoting a competitive sports culture among students. In its 5th edition, the Games were hosted across seven cities — Jaipur, Ajmer, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Kota, and Bharatpur — and featured 23 medal sports with over 7,000 athletes from nearly 200 universities participating in demanding disciplines including judo, athletics, archery, swimming, wrestling, and more.

Our student’s passion, perseverance, and performance have added yet another proud moment to our college’s sporting legacy. This medal not only celebrates individual excellence but also highlights the rising level of university sports in India.
