Mata Sundri College for Women Conferred with “Best College for Holistic Student Development” Award
Mata Sundri College for Women, University of Delhi, was honoured with the “Best College for Holistic Student Development” Award at the 46th World Management Congress, held on 30 December 2025 at the India International Centre, New Delhi. The Congress was jointly organised by the Confederation of Indian Universities (CIU), Indian Institute of Ecology and Environment (IIEE), International University, Nagaland, and the International Association of Educators for World Peace (Affiliated to the United Nations – ECOSOC).
In addition to the institutional honour, students of Mata Sundri College for Women were also individually recognised under the “Best Holistic Student Development” category, highlighting the college’s impact on nurturing well-rounded and socially responsible learners.
The award was received by Prof. Harpreet Kaur, Principal, along with faculty members Dr. Kalpana Sharma (Assistant Professor, Department of Sanskrit), Mr. Satveer Singh (Assistant Professor, Department of History), and Dr. Lokesh Gupta (Professor, Department of Hindi).
The students who received the award were Kajal Yadav, Disha Rai, Disha Panigrahi (History Honours, 3rd Year), Aishwarya Kabsuri, Mishti (History Honours, 2nd Year), and Megha (B.A. Programme, 4th Year).
This recognition reaffirms Mata Sundri College for Women’s commitment to holistic education, academic excellence, co-curricular engagement, and student empowerment, strengthening its position as a leading institution within the University of Delhi.
