Prayas – The Placement and Internship Cell of Mata Sundri College for Women, University of Delhi, successfully organised a day-long campus placement drive in collaboration with KPMG’s BSR & Co. LLP on 17 September 2026.

The placement drive provided students with an opportunity to participate in a structured recruitment process conducted by one of the leading professional services firms. The selection process comprised multiple stages, including CV screening, a Group Discussion (GD), and two successive rounds of interviews. At each stage, students were assessed on their academic profile, communication skills, analytical abilities, subject knowledge, and overall professional aptitude.

Following the rigorous selection process, 11 students were selected for the position of Audit ADC Analyst. The selected candidates will receive a fixed CTC of INR 3.25 LPA, along with performance-based components.

The successful conduct of the placement drive reflects the continued efforts of Prayas – The Placement and Internship Cell in facilitating meaningful career opportunities for students and fostering industry-academia engagement. The drive was supported by the coordinated efforts of the Placement and Internship Cell, faculty members, non-teaching staff, and participating students.
