The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) invites eligible students seeking admission to undergraduate programmes for the academic session 2026–27 to apply online for the Sikh Minority Certificate, which is required for admission under the Sikh Minority quota in affiliated colleges.

Applicants are advised to keep the following documents ready before submitting their application:

• Two recent coloured passport-size photographs of the student (for male applicants, wearing a turban is mandatory).
• One recent coloured photograph of the father.
• Self-attested copies of the Aadhaar Cards of both the student and the father (front and back).
• Copy of the Class X Marksheet.
• Copy of the Class XII Marksheet or Class XII Admit Card.

Important Note: Applicants who do not have Singh or Kaur as part of their name are required to submit a State Gazette Notification, published after an announcement in leading English and Hindi newspapers, as per the prescribed guidelines.
