Following the successful completion of the Research Project on Lesser-Known Museums of Delhi, Mata Sundri College for Women initiated a new Research Mentoring Project in February 2022 titled What Monuments Tell Us. This program provided an opportunity for students to engage in guided research under expert mentorship, fostering critical thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on research experience.

Nine students from the B.A. Programme, 3rd-year History Discipline, participated in this project under the guidance of Dr. Simmi Kapoor Mehta, exploring the historical, cultural, and architectural significance of Delhi’s monuments. The program emphasizes independent inquiry, documentation, and scholarly engagement, encouraging students to contribute original insights to the study of heritage and history.
