The Election Committee manages the democratic process of student union elections within the college. It adheres strictly to the Lyngdoh Committee guidelines and ensures fair conduct, transparent nomination, and campaigning practices. The committee sets the election schedule, verifies candidate eligibility, supervises polling, and declares results. 

The committee also conducts orientation sessions to inform students about electoral ethics and responsibilities. Its core objective is to nurture student leadership, civic participation, and democratic values through a well-regulated election process.
