Established in September 2020 under the Environmental Studies Department and formally recognized as a central eco club in May 2022, Earthcon is a dynamic initiative dedicated to fostering environmental awareness and sustainability within the college community. Supported by the Department of Environment, Government of NCT of Delhi, Earthcon has become a vital platform for ecological education, action, and advocacy. 

At its core, Earthcon seeks to inspire a sense of environmental responsibility among students by addressing pressing issues such as climate change, pollution, waste management, and biodiversity conservation. Through webinars, campaigns, workshops, competitions, and awareness drives, the club creates meaningful opportunities for experiential learning and active participation.Earthcon serves not only as an educational platform but also as a cultural and ethical space—encouraging students to engage with the environment through both scientific inquiry and value-based reflection. 

The club is committed to promoting sustainable lifestyles, responsible citizenship, and inclusive eco-conscious practices. Its objectives include empowering students to advocate for sustainable development, fostering partnerships with environmental organizations, and amplifying women's voices in ecological conversations. Earthcon also emphasizes the importance of understanding local and global environmental challenges and encourages solutions grounded in community engagement and knowledge-sharing.
