Workload Committee
The Workload Committee is responsible for the equitable distribution of teaching and administrative workload among faculty members. It considers course structures, student strength, and faculty specialization while making allocations. The committee maintains transparency and aligns its work with University of Delhi’s academic requirements.
The committee also updates workload distribution periodically based on changes in course offerings and staff availability. By optimizing faculty resources efficiently, it ensures academic consistency, prevents overburdening, and supports effective classroom engagement across departments.
