The Placement and Internship Cell of Mata Sundri College for Women stands as a dynamic bridge between academia and the professional world, dedicated to fostering meaningful career opportunities and skill development among students. With a strong commitment to holistic growth, the Cell regularly organizes campus recruitment drives, skill enhancement workshops, and career guidance sessions, empowering students to navigate their professional journeys with confidence and clarity. 

In collaboration with the Central Placement Cell, University of Delhi, the Cell has established robust industry linkages, attracting recruiters from diverse sectors including IT, Finance, Consulting, Education, Marketing, and Media. Prestigious organizations such as Deloitte, D.E. Shaw & Co., Teach for India, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, and Maruti Suzuki have offered placements and internships, with annual packages ranging from ₹2 LPA to ₹7.1 LPA. 

Responding to the challenges posed by the pandemic, the Cell successfully conducted virtual placement drives and internship opportunities across domains like content creation, digital marketing, PR, graphic design, HR, and research. It also hosted a series of enriching sessions on CV building, future skills, financial literacy, civil services, and digital safety. 

Beyond recruitment, the Cell plays a pivotal role in nurturing employability through personality development initiatives, communication training, and aptitude building, cultivating a generation of learners who are not only industry-ready but also inspired to lead with integrity and purpose. The Cell operates through a dedicated team of faculty and student coordinators who continually strive to enhance the college’s placement ecosystem and professional culture.
