Milestone, the Civil Services Cell of Mata Sundri College for Women, was established under the aegis of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) to support students aspiring for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and other competitive examinations. Recognizing the intensity and layered nature of Civil Services preparation, the society provides a structured, resource-rich environment that encourages consistency, discipline, and motivation. 

Milestone regularly organizes expert lectures, interactive seminars, and webinars featuring retired civil servants, subject specialists, and UPSC mentors who offer insights into topics such as Indian Polity, Governance, International Relations, History, Economy, Ethics, and Current Affairs. These events not only strengthen foundational understanding but also introduce aspirants to strategies for Prelims, Mains, and the Interview stage. 

Beyond lectures, the society facilitates answer writing sessions, mock tests, group discussions, and current affairs briefings, creating a peer-learning environment that promotes collaborative growth. Students are encouraged to engage in critical thinking, regular revision, and time-bound practice, which are essential for cracking highly competitive exams. 

Functioning with an active student body and guided by faculty coordinators, Milestone also provides mentorship, confidence-building initiatives, and access to preparatory resources. It aims to equip students, particularly first-generation aspirants with the awareness, skills, and mental preparedness required for public service careers. Milestone stands as a catalyst for transformation, empowering young women to pursue careers in administration, governance, and public leadership with purpose, preparation, and integrity.
