The Cultural Society of Mata Sundri College is one of the most active and vibrant student bodies on campus, dedicated to promoting the performing arts through dance and music. It serves as a platform for students to explore their artistic talents, express themselves creatively, and represent the college at various cultural events across Delhi and beyond. 

The Society comprises four performance teams, each with a unique focus. Kayra, the Western Dance team, is known for its dynamic stage presence and contemporary choreography. Virsa, the Folk Dance team, celebrates traditional Punjabi dance forms like Giddha. Dhamal, the Bhangra Society of Mata Sundri College, adds energetic flair with powerful, high-spirited routines and showcases the vibrancy of Punjabi culture. Chetanya, the Classical Dance Society, a symbol of grace and tradition with its excellence in the field of Indian classical dance. 

These teams regularly participate in competitions and have performed at various institutions, colleges and universities. Their dedication, discipline, and consistent performances have earned them numerous prizes and accolades at both group and individual levels. The Cultural Society also organizes Thirak, a classical, folk, and western dance competition held at college’s annual cultural fest Saarang. The event draws participation from across Delhi University and provides a platform for emerging performers to showcase their skills.
