The Department of Sanskrit and GyanVardhini Sabha, under the aegis of Mata Sundri College for Women and with the inspiration of Principal Prof. Harpreet Kaur, organized a Career Counselling Session on “Employment Opportunities from Sanskrit” on 16th March 2023 at 5:00 pm. The session was conducted virtually by Dr. Pankaj Kumar Mishra, Co-Spokesperson, Department of Sanskrit, St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi. Dr. Mishra highlighted the diverse career avenues available through Sanskrit studies, ranging from academia and research to publishing, translation, cultural preservation, and beyond. The talk provided students with valuable guidance on how Sanskrit can serve as a strong foundation for professional growth and meaningful contributions to society.
