Dharohar – The Heritage Society, Department of History, is organising an educational field visit to Agrasen ki Baoli, Hailey Road, near Connaught Place, on Saturday, 22 November 2025.

This visit is an integral component of the 4th-year Discipline Specific Elective (DSE) paper, Reading Social Relations through Text and Visuals – I, offered by the Department of History, Mata Sundri College for Women, University of Delhi.

The purpose of this field visit is to provide students with a hands-on learning experience, enabling them to closely engage with Delhi’s historical landscape. Through the study of architectural spaces, visual cultures, inscriptions, and the socio-historical setting of Agrasen ki Baoli, students will gain a deeper understanding of how built heritage shapes and reflects social relations across time.
