Asymptote, the Mathematics Department of Mata Sundri College for Women, in collaboration with IQAC, successfully organized a guest lecture on “Overview of Business Analytics and Its Importance in Decision Making” on 21st November 2023 at the Mata Sahib Kaur Auditorium. The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from around 40 students, who gained valuable insights into the growing significance of business analytics in today’s data-driven world. The distinguished speaker, Ms. Aanchal Phittela, Assistant Professor at IILM University, Greater Noida, with over five years of teaching experience, engaged the audience with her expertise and practical perspectives. The lecture emphasized how business analytics serves as a powerful tool in informed decision-making, bridging the gap between data and strategy. Students actively interacted with the resource person, making the session highly enriching and insightful.
