An Invited Talk on “Fixed Point Theorem and its Diverse Applications” was organized on 3rd May 2024 under the aegis of the Viksit Bharat Secretariat, Mata Sundri College for Women. The event commenced with an inspiring opening speech by Fatima, followed by the warm welcome of the distinguished speaker, faculty members, and students by Dr. Rama Verma (TIC, Department of Mathematics), Ms. Gurpreet Kaur, Dr. Preeti, and Dr. Ramita Sahni (Convener of the event). The talk offered insightful perspectives on the Fixed Point Theorem and highlighted its wide-ranging applications in mathematics and beyond, enriching the academic understanding of the participants.
