Mata Sundri College for Women, University of Delhi, organized a Self-Defence Camp under the aegis of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) from August 29 to September 6, 2024. The week-long camp aimed at empowering students with practical techniques of self-protection, enhancing their confidence, presence of mind, and physical preparedness. Through expert-led sessions, participants were trained in basic defence strategies to handle unforeseen situations, thereby promoting safety and self-reliance among young women. The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation and proved to be a step towards fostering a secure and confident environment on campus.
