The Inter-Department Badminton Tournament was organized from 15 to 16 October, 2025 to foster team spirit and sportsmanship. Students from various departments actively participated in singles and doubles categories. The matches were conducted in a fair and competitive environment, showcasing agility, strategy, and determination. The tournament strengthened inter-departmental bonding and encouraged greater student involvement in sports activities.

The championship commenced with the gracious presence of the respected Principal and Sports Board Member, whose arrival added great prestige to the occasion. Both dignitaries were warmly welcomed by the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and were felicitated with green planters as a token of gratitude.

The Principal addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech, emphasizing the importance of sports in shaping discipline, leadership, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle among students. To mark the formal inauguration of the tournament, the Sports Board Member performed the ceremonial first toss, symbolizing the official beginning of the competition.
