Moksha'21: Art & Chill was a 2 day workshop organised on the online platform of Zoom Meetings along with live-streaming on Youtube. The objective of the workshop was to create a safe space for artists to channelise their imagination and personality as well as de-stress themselves in the difficult times of the pandemic through the medium of origami and art therapy. The workshop spanned across two days ( 10th and 11th of July 2021) for two hours on each day, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

In collaboration with the Department of History, this event was a workshop where the students learned from Mrs. Bimla Dutta, a pioneer in the field of Madhubani painting.

The objective behind this workshop was to enlighten students with about in-depth knowledge of one specific medium (water colours) through a web-workshop tailored exclusively by the experience of renowned artist, Mr Amit Gupta. The workshop was a great learning experience for participants as Mr Gupta will guide them step-by-step throughout the duration of the workshop.

To keep our spirits high during the lockdown Kala, a two-day online workshop “मoksha'20: #PaintYourBoredom” motivated the participants to break through the chains of monotony in their routines and embrace their fascination towards diverse art styles. The workshop enabled participants to become proficient in Folk Art Styles like Madhubani & Warli Art and Abstract art in watercolours. It was an honour to learn from such renowned keynote speakers, Ms Sardeep Jaswal and Mr Surjeet Rai Gaur. The workshop was conducted on the platform of Google Meet on 5th - 6th June 2020.

An online art contest was held for all. The entries were displayed on instagram and people voted through liking and interacting with the posts.
2019
The first event hosted by the society was a fun celebration of art and culture. There were game stalls, mehendi, nail art and art that people could take home.
