On October 4, 2018 Hindi Sahitya Parishad, Literary Society of Hindi Department, Mata Sundri College, University of Delhi organized a Declamation Competition on the Topic ``Vartaman Mein Jad Hote Naitik Mulya ''.The time limit of the competition was 4-5 minutes.

The Department of Hindi of Mata Sundri College for Women conducted a National Seminar on ‘Hindi Bhasha Aur Sahitya ka Bhavishya’ on September 14, 2018 at college premises. There was a detailed discussion on the future of Hindi language and literature. The main objective of this seminar was to acquaint the students with the importance of Hindi language and literature.

The Department of Hindi of Mata Sundri College for Women conducted a one day workshop on “Hindi Anuprayog Aur Hindi Mein Rozgaar” on October 10, 2017 at the college premises. In this program Director of Bharatiya Anuvad Parishad, Prof. Puran Chand Tandon & Head of Hindi Department, University of Delhi Prof. Mohan graced the occasion.
