MAA BOLI DIWAS

AARSI sahit sabha of Punjabi department, Mata Sundri College celebrated “Maa Boli Diwas” on 21st February 2024.Convenor, Dr Veenakshi Sharma, started the event by sharing compact analysis regarding International Mother Tongue Day.Prof Gurjit kaur TIC Punjabi department took the discussion further with her views on the importance of Mother Tongue.

On February 16, 2024, Punjabi department of Mata Sundri College organized a trip to the International Book Fair at Pragati Maidan, under the supervision of conveners Jagjit Kaur and Harvinder Kaur.

The Department of Punjabi of Mata Sundri College for Women had organized a Inter-class Guru Nanak paper reading competition on 12 February, 2024. The participant from the different courses had presented their paper on the given subject.

Hariya Raagle - Life and History of General Hari Singh Nalwa

On 29th January 2024, Mata Sundri College hosted a significant event - a Book Discussion on "Hariya Raagle," the Life and History of General Hari Singh Nalwa. The authors of the book, S.Rajinder Singh Jolly and Dr. Manpreet Singh, played a central role in the discussions.
