Kartarpur Sahib Gurdwara in Pakistan commemorates the site where Guru Nanak spent the last 18 years of his life. The opening of the historic Kartarpur Corridor on 12 November 2019 was a cherished dream for many Indians that facilitated the Indian pilgrims a rare visa-free access to the Kartarpur Sahib Gurdwara. To commemorate the 550th Birth Anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Devi Ji, the Divinity Society of Mata Sundri College organized a trip from 25-27 November 2019 to the historical Gurdwara Sri Kartarpur Sahib. The trip also included visit to historical Gurdwaras at Sultanpur Lodhi and the Golden Temple, Amritsar. A group of 36 people including Principal, faculty and other staff members from the college visited the shrines and sought divine blessings.
