Students Achievements : 2017-18

In this year 2018 music department grabbed many achievements.

1. On 11 January Manpreet Kaur 6th Sem participated at Janki Devi College in Classical Music Competition and got 2nd Prize.
2. On 29 January Simran Kaur participated in light music (folk song) Compitition and got 1st Prize in Saarang Competition . Manpreet Kaur VIth Sem got 3rd prize in Classical Mmusic.
3. on 3rd March following students performed atBangla Sahib gurudwara and recited a shabad based on Basant Raga. Manpreet 6th Sem Simran 2nd Sem, Pratyksha 6th Sem, Ravneet 2nd Sem, Balpreet 2nd Sem, Sukhjeet 2nd Sem, Bhupindar 6th Sem, Yashpreet 4th Sem, Prabh Simran 6th Sem, Yashpreet 4th Sem& Prabhleen 2nd Sem
4. Simran Kaur 2nd Sem participated at Dev Nagar Khalsa college in folk song and got 1st li>
5. on. 29 January 2018 the following are the students participated in shabad kirtan competition at Guru Gobind Singh College of commerce and got 1 prize. Priya Tiwari As Tabla Player, Manpreet 6th Sem, Simran 2nd Sem, Pratyksha 6th Sem, Ravneet 2nd Sem, Balpreet 2nd Sem, Sukhjeet 2nd Sem, Bhupindar 6th Sem & Yashpreet 4th Sem
6. On 24-03-17 Manpreet Kaur took part in Solo Singing (Light Folk Song) in Zakir Hussain College and got 2nd position.
7. On 15-02-2018 Simran Kaur took part in Gazal Competition and Stood 1st position in St.Stephen College.
