Research Methodology and Data Analysis

The one-week online workshop on Research Methodology & Data Analysis, organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Mata Sundri College for Women, in collaboration with Resilient Foundation for Academic Innovation & Scientific Research, registered with NITI Aayog, Government of India, proved to be a transformative experience for all participants.

Mental Health Awareness And Substance Use

A interactive talk session on “Mental Health Awareness And Substance Use” was organized under the aegis of ‘VIKSIT BHARAT SECRETRAIT’ ,by the Department of Statistics and Department of Philosophy in collaboration with ‘AAROGYAM’ (a cell for well-being and mental health), an initiative by IQAC on 11 March 2024 ,1:30 PM at Mata Gujri Hall.

The Department of Computer Science and The Department of Statistics at Mata Sundri College for Women organized an interdisciplinary hands-on workshop on “Learning LaTeX – A tool for technical writing and presentation” on February 26, 2024. The workshop had the primary aim to introduce the participants to LaTeX, a powerful typesetting system widely used in technical writing and academic publishing.

Resume Building

Statistika, The Department of Statistics at Mata Sundri College for Women organized a seminar on the topic of resume building on November 6, 2023. The seminar had the primary aim to equip the participants with the essential knowledge and skills required to construct an effective resume while addressing some common mistakes made during the resume writing process.

Data Visualization & Presentation Tools

On 13 October 2023, The Department of Statistics and the Department of Computer Science, Mata Sundri College for Women held an Interdisciplinary hands-on workshop focusing on the foundation for creating engaging infographics. The event started at 1:30 PM with the felicitation of the guest Speaker, Mrs Sheetal Singh, an Assistant Professor from the Department of Computer Science at Ramanujan College, who guided the audience about the comprehensive exploration of data visualisation and presentation techniques.

Liver Disease & You

Statistika - Department of Statistics in collaboration with Aarogyam -A cell for mental health and well being (An initiative by IQAC) organises a Workshop on the topic 'Liver Disease & You' on 09 Oct 2023 at 12:45 pm in Mata Gujri Hall. Dr. Yogesh Batra and Mrs. Sunita Roy are the speakers for the programme.

7DAYS- POWER BI MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME

With an objective to acquaint the students with a widely used Microsoft software- POWER BI, Statistika- The department of Statistics, Mata Sundri College for Women with collaboration with IQAC, organized a 7-days interdisciplinary workshop on Power BI which used to take place on weekends between 17th September - 8th October.
